The Story of Risbo French restaurant
Est. 2017
For Risbo, it all started when …
Risbo is a chef-driven, elevated fast-casual restaurant inspired by the narrative of calling Brooklyn home. Our food mirrors the beautiful borough it resides in, representing different parts of the world — first being Chef Boris' home of Paris, France. The rotisserie is an ode to Chef's roots and some of our consciously-focused items changes with seasonality — spotlighting the space along with an inclusive global playlist. Oozing impeccably good vibes amongst our vibrant guests, the energy we exude celebrates diversity and the many migrations represented on these streets and avenues.
"Paris born, Brooklyn fed" is the very essence of what we believe about living here: remember where your foundation lies, and let the dreams you manifest here "feed" the Brooklyn community.
A Must Try in Brooklyn.
In September 2017, owner/executive Chef, Boris Ginet, opened Risbo, a French rotisserie restaurant in Brooklyn. A story that begins in his home of Paris, France, extends through years of inspiration traveling and meeting different people from all over the world while residing in NYC for almost 3 decades.
On the menu — are French rotisserie specialties, and dishes with a Brooklyn twist, which is the essence of the restaurant conceptually. Open daily to delight you from morning to night, we welcome everyone, from all walks of life to vibe with us.
